- Authentic English Shortbread
Georgie's English Kitchen & Garden's mission is to provide the Northshore with authentic homemade English foods, such as Georgie's English Shortbread, Georgie's English Fresh Lemon Curd and Georgie's English Daily Baked Scones. These old family recipes have been handed down from generation to generation. These original recipes are hand made with only the finest local ingredients with no artificial colors, flavorings or preservatives. These delicate goods are baked and made daily in small quantities to assure quality and freshness, and then sealed with the family crest. Georgie's English Kitchen & Garden goods are delicious with early morning coffee, afternoon tea or as a dessert. Georgie's English Kitchen & Garden's presence at the Covington Farmers Market will provide high quality products, beautifully presented and thoroughly enjoyed by those seeking a natural, yet different homemade creation. Georgie's English Kitchen & Garden hopes to satisfy the needs of those attending the Northshore Farmers Market but hopes and envisions these English products to be nationally successful in both Farmers Markets and Gourmet Markets due to the limited quality product available in this area.

Our animals are raised on our farm north of Covington. We believe in eco friendly practices and have a passion for farming. We take great pride in the humane treatment of
our animals. The calves eat grass and mother's milk. The calves are harvested at about 6 months of age or around 600 pounds. The natural diet makes the beef lean yet
tender. Our animals are NEVER given any antibiotics, steroids, or hormones. The beef and lamb is quick frozen in vacuum sealed packages in a state inspected facility.
Our income is 100% farm derived. We always have something good growing in our year round garden and welcome visitors. See you at the market!
